For its home weekend, Red Bull is bringing a true technical revolution to its car. The Milton Keynes squad has chosen to swiftly debut a massive upgrade package after improving data correlation, with developments focusing on various areas of the single-seater.

Examining the bargeboards, it can be observed that the profiles making up the cascade have been reprofiled to align with the local direction of the airflow, generating downforce and an outwash effect. The lower edge has also changed shape, working towards the same goals.

One of the most radical interventions concerns the sidepods, where the engineers have embraced an aerodynamic philosophy similar to the one introduced by Ferrari in Barcelona: in fact, the volumes of the sidepods have been increased in the lower section.

With the direction taken by the technical pool led by Pierre Waché, despite partially sacrificing the passage of clean air towards the rear end, a significant effect is achieved in more effectively pushing away the harmful turbulence generated by the front tires.

The floor area in front of the rear wheels has also been redesigned, introducing an additional slot and less rounded edges. The scale of these changes highlights how the previous specification suffered from an overly narrow operating window.

The new shapes are specifically aimed at reducing aerodynamic sensitivity to attitude changes, ensuring a more stable and efficient platform across a broader range of conditions.

Red Bull has also modified the appendage located at the exhaust exit. The main modification consists of a slight increase in the exposed area – Furthermore, two small supports have appeared (highlighted in orange) that anchor to a small structure integrated directly onto the impact structure:
